In 2017, General Motors, the parent company of Cadillac, pulled out of Mainland Europe and the UK. However, in 2021, they established a new European division in Zurich, Switzerland. Since then, they have been gearing up for a comeback with a range of all-electric vehicles, starting with the Cadillac Lyriq.
The Lyriq has been on sale in Switzerland since October 2023, and the company plans to expand to five more countries, including Sweden and France. While there is no confirmed release date for the UK, social media hints suggest that the Lyriq could hit the UK market by the end of 2025.

Available in six colour options: Argent Silver, Celestial, Opulent Blue, Stellar Black, Crystal White, or Radiant Red.

Indicator lights wrap around the edge of the Lyriq, designed in a nod to Cadillac’s iconic 1957 Eldorado. Horizontal break lights sit either side of the bumper coupled with an F1 inspired brake light that is featured underneath the spoiler.
