As the world’s premier celebration of motorsport continues to evolve, this year's event showcased that EVs are everywhere.

Although the dedicated Electric Avenue has come to an end, electric vehicles have firmly established their presence on the main stage. Goodwood had it all. From major manufacturers unveiling brand-new EVs to powerful electric prototypes conquering the hill climb, it’s evident that electrification is a key part of Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed confirmed what we already know, electric vehicles have officially taken over. Here are the standout EVs and concepts that caught our attention throughout the day:

 

  • New Ford Puma Gen-E Ford Puma Gen E FOS 2025-Once Europe’s best-selling ICE vehicle, the Ford Puma Gen-E was displayed at the FOS in a striking yellow. Having been tested by the team at Fleet Procure Live, the Puma Gen-E is poised to become a firm favourite.

  • Hyundai Ioniq 6 NHyundai Ioniq 6N FOS 2025– Making its world debut, this high-performance EV takes the sleek Ioniq 6 platform to new heights, effortlessly combining track-ready power with everyday road usability.

  • Renault 5 & Renault 4 – A perfect blend of classic charm and futuristic innovation. 	Renault 4 and 5 FOS 2025

    The retro-inspired Renault 5 was joined by the all-new Renault 4, delivering nostalgia with a bold electric upgrade. Previously demoed by the Lease Electric team, the Renault 5 earned praise for its retro styling,handling, and compact yet spacious design. We’re excited to see what the Renault 4 EV will bring when it hits UK Roads.
  • Lotus Eletre – This high-performance electric SUV continues to impress, blending supercar-level dynamics with everyday SUV practicality. Tested by the Lease Electric team at Fleet Procure Live, and compared to the Lotus Emeya we showcased at our recent Go Electric Gloucestershire event, the Eletre stood out at Goodwood as Lotus’ EV supercar.

  • Porsche Macan by Sophie Tea – Porsche Macan FOS 2025The iconic Macan has officially gone electric (as showcased at our very own Go Electric Gloucestershire event) and now artistic, thanks to a striking hand-painted wrap by renowned artist Sophie Tea, which captured attention all weekend long.

  • Jaguar Type 00 Concept – The Jaguar Type 00 Concept FOS 2025Festival of Speed offered us a first look at Jaguar’s bold and controversial new concept, finished in a striking London Blue. A dramatic departure from traditional Jaguar styling, the Type 00 Concept drew constant attention with its sleek fastback silhouette and exaggerated rear design.

  • MG– MG MG IM6 FOS 2025

    continues to make progress in the EV space with the upcoming launch of the fully electric IM5 saloon and IM6 SUV. Both models are packed with advanced technology, competitively priced, and set to arrive in the UK in the coming months. The brand has also unveiled a new logo, marking the start of a bold new era for the IM EVs.

    The MG Cyberster Black made its debut, featuring a sleek all-black exterior and interior. Also on show at the Festival of Speed was the MG CyberX, MG CyberX FOS 2025

    slightly smaller than the Suzuki Jimny and drawing design inspiration from the Defender. The CyberX is expected to enter production within the next two years.
  • Honda Super EV Concept – Alongside Honda's next generation of EVs, the 0 Series SUV, we also saw the World Premiere of the Honda Super EV Concept, offering us a glimpse at Honda's future plans. 

  • Alpine A290 Rallye – Specifically designed for competition, this rally-inspired hot hatch from Alpine is proof that performance and electric power go hand in hand.

  • Denza D9 – Denza caught our attention with a live violinist, but held it with the Denza D9, their fully electric MPV that has been designed to blend luxury and practicality in equal measure.

 

Electric motorbikes have certainly captured attention this year. LiveWire introduced two impressive S2 Alpinista models, designed on the brand's cutting-edge Arrow System 2 architecture. Each model is equipped with a 10.5kWh battery and a powerful 85PS (63kW) electric motor that produces an astounding 263Nm (194lb ft) of torque, enabling an exhilarating 0–60mph in just 3.0 seconds flat.

 

Additionally, Honda's EV Fun and Urban Concept Motorcycles have drawn significant interest, bringing a vibrant and playful approach to urban mobility. These compact, innovative, and fully electric bikes suggest a thrilling future for short-range two-wheeled transportation.
