Established in 1955, Alpine is a renowned sports car manufacturer and a subsidiary of Renault. The brand’s history is rooted in the rally sector, where its vehicles achieved remarkable success, contributing significantly to Renault's growth. Revived in 2017, Alpine launched the A110 sports car (ICE).
At the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2024, the Alpine A290 made its UK debut as the brand's first-ever electric sports car. Set to launch in 2025, the A290, which is built on the Renault 5 platform, boasts a maximum power of 220 hp and accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 6.4 seconds, offering an impressive range of up to 236 miles (WLTP).
Following the A290, the A390_β Show Car, unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in 2024 will be Alpine's first fully electric sports fastback , paving the way for the electric version of the A110.
